Drive Mixing Mill”. Already sizable amount of machines
have been sold and running very successfully & huge repeat

SALIENT FEATURES AS COMPARED TO ORDINARY SINGLE DRIVE
MACHINE

parts of the machine.
The new Double Drive Machine is capable of handling heavy
pay-load of work like Mixing of Rubber Compound with fillers
etc. and better mastication of Rubber compound as compared
to the Kneader & conventional Mixing Mill. For mastication
of Rubber higher friction ratio is required which is impossible
in the case of conventional Mixing Mill. The Double drive
theory also prevents roll breakage which is quite common in
conventional design of two gears connecting the rolls. In
the Double Drive system, the connecting gears are eliminated
altogether. Thus the life of Chilled Rolls is increased manifold.
Thus saving the replacement of roller and the heavy investment.
The machine in this case definitely reduces the power consumption.
We are also pleased to Introduce ANTI FRICTION BEARING TYPE
MIXING MILLS, which will reduce your power bills by 20%. These
bearing type mills are available in both conventional as well
as the DOUBLE DRIVE Model, thus giving twin advantage.
TWO ROLL MIXING MILL
For rapid and homogeneous mastication of natural Rubber, Synthetic
Rubber, EVA compound or PVC pallets with various chemical
and fillers.
The mixing-mills are suitable for different usage such as
compounding mills, sheeting mills, warming mills and supply
mills
Base Plate: Mild steel fabricated, heavy-duty perfectly machined,
common for mill, Reduction gear-box and electric motor.
Frames & Caps: Heavy-duty for extreme
loads. Available in Graded C.I. Casting, M.S. Fabrication,
steel casting with proper machining for accurate alignments
Rolls: Alloy Chilled Cast Iron, periphelly hollow
rolls, duly ground with hardness 520± 2% BHn.
Housings: Graded C.I. Casting or Steel Casting
fitted with fill circle Gun-metal/ Phosphor Bronze Bushes
with provision for recirculation of lubricant.
Split-type housings for fitting of Anti-Friction Bearings
as an alternative.
Reduction Gear-box: Own make heavy-duty with graded
steel casting/forging helical gears, Direct or V-pully driven.
Standard make worm/helical gear-boxes of Shanthi/ Elecon/
Greaves make.
Bull Gears: C.I. Casting, M.S. Fabrication or grades steel
casting hob-cut with EN-8/9 steel forged steel pinion, hob-cut
with spur of helical teeth.
Friction Gear: EN-8/9, EN-19, grade steel forgings
Hob-cut, spur teeth gears to provide friction ration 1:1.08
to 1:1.18
In our Double Bull Gear Drive model friction ratio 1:1.08
to 1:2.5 is available.
